30 Percent Year-on-year
Mumbai, India,July 28, 2006 -
Bharat Book Bureau has added "China
Sourcing Report: Faucets"
(http://www.bharatbook.com/detail.asp?id=10849)
to its huge collection of business market research reports.
The report
indicates that buyers sourcing faucets from mainland China can expect higher
prices and improved designs in the coming months. These findings are based on
in-depth manufacturer interviews, factory visits and surveys.
“While export volume has been falling, export
value has been rising, with prices up due to higher raw materials cost and an
increase in exports of high-end models,” said Global Sources’ General Manager of
Content Development, Michael Kleist. The report shows, in the next 12 months:
· 83
percent of manufacturers plan to increase prices;
· 16
percent expect to keep prices the same, and;
· 1
percent plan to decrease prices.

· 29
percent are creating more aesthetic designs, and;
