Product DescriptionCountry Forecasts present and explain the EIU's
five-year macroeconomic projections for 82 of the world's largest economies and
provide a forward-looking assessment of their political, policy and business
environments. A key feature of Country Forecasts is a set of in-house rankings
which assess the attractiveness of national business environments, allowing
subscribers to make comparisons across countries and over time.
Country Forecasts offer not just country analysis but a regional and global
perspective too. In addition to the 82 individual Country Forecasts there are
six Regional Overviews and a Global Outlook. Each Regional Overview contains
concise five-year forecasts of regional political, economic and business trends.
The Global Outlook contains a detailed macroeconomic forecast for the world
economy over the next five years. Used in conjunction with the individual
Country Forecasts , these reports enable you to understand exactly how each
country interacts with the global and regional economies.
FREE monthly Updaters
Subscriptions are available in the format of your choice, in print or via the
Internet. For subscriptions via the Internet we now offer one main report and 11
monthly updaters for all 82 countries. Once a year you will receive a main
report of about 50-60 pages, which provides a comprehensive, medium-term view of
your chosen country, analysing and forecasting political, business and economic
trends. A final chapter, Market opportunities, discusses the implications of the
macroeconomic forecast for seven key industries, and provides five-year
forecasts for a range of indicators in each of these industries.
Each CF update is approximately 10-12 pages and assesses at the latest changes
in political and policy trends and their impact on economic forecasts. Each
update provides concise commentary, detailed and up-to-date statistical series.
