About the
China Sourcing Report Personal
Grooming Appliances
Personal Grooming Appliances
China is home to about 400 suppliers of personal grooming appliances, nearly
all with export capability. The industry is made up mainly of small and midsize
companies, most of which are based in the provinces of Guangdong and Zhejiang.
Suppliers in Guangdong generally have stronger product development
capability. These companies are able to innovate more in design and function,
and are usually the first to incorporate new features in appliances. Those in
Zhejiang, on the other hand, focus mainly on the production of low-end models.
