“There is a new India emerging. This shows the new-found respect that India commands in the global arena”
Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla Group from The Economist print edition, Mar 29th 2007

India’s economy continues to boom, helping to drive the global economy, forging new business relationships - and generating new opportunities. And with Indian acquisitions of foreign companies rising rapidly, this vibrant market is no longer just a supporting actor on the world stage but a major creative force in its own right. Indian companies play an increasingly pivotal role in European economies, as well as providing the high quality services for which its skilled workforce is famous.

The India Business Summit is your chance to explore the impact of India with the people who know the country best. This packed one-day event will enable you to debate the key issues with experts and your peers from across industry and commerce.

Join senior executives at Economist Conferences’ Second Annual India Business Summit—and learn how you can profit from India's dynamic growth.

  • Get the latest, authoritative overview of the Indian business environment

  • Understand how Indian businesses are taking lead positions in European economies

  • Meet and debate with the people who are building India's future

  • Network with key decision-makers

  • Review and renew your strategy in a concentrated, high-value, one-day event.

High-level discussions will be enhanced by influential business leaders with real experience. They will share recent case-studies and engage with your agenda, your goals and your perspectives.

This is a unique opportunity to update and validate your strategy in an informed and stimulating environment. The Summit forms part of The Economist's successful series of country roundtables...China...Russia...Emerging Markets... and there are limited places and so I urge you to book your place early.
