and Astronautics, and China General Aviation Association.

CITIC Offshore Helicopter (000099) is mainly engaged in maritime helicopter
transport, onshore general aviation and general aviation maintenance businesses,
as the largest maritime helicopter transport service provider and the largest
general airline company in China which occupies nearly 60% market share of
China’s maritime helicopter transport business.
